Managing, coordinating, controlling, and supervising all company accounting, financial, and taxation activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, with the objective of ensuring efficiency and compliance in financial and tax management, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining the company’s financial sustainability and health.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree is an advantage)
2. Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and taxation
4. Proven experience in retail / pharmaceutical / FMCG with high transaction volume
5. Solid understanding of PSAK / IFRS and audit processesHands-on experience with ERP / accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
7. Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
8. Proficient in English (written and spoken) 
9. Preferred qualifications :

• Experience working in BUMN, holding company, or highly regulated industry
• Familiarity with inventory, pricing, and margin control in pharmacy retail
• Professional certifications (CPA / CA / ACCA / Brevet A & B)
